É tremendamente díficil não deixar o discurso fugir para a Alta Costura quando se olha para a Métiers d'Art. Ainda por cima em código Chanel... A sumptuosidade está lá (talvez seja até mais evidente do que nas apresentações de Alta Costura), o allure também, o cuidado extremo na elaboração das peças nem se questiona... Bom, no fundo, agrada-me a ideia de o Sr. Lagerfeld puxar dos galardões mais poderos da Chanel uma terceira vez no ano!

It's extremely hard not to let the words Haute Couture speak for themselves when looking at Métiers d'Art. And it gets harder when we're speaking the Chanel code... Sumptuosity is there (perhaps even bolder than in the "true couture" presentations), the allure shines bright and the delicate sartorial mastery is not even questionable... Well, deep down, I'm pleased that Mr. Lagerfeld gives Chanel's most exquisite side a third opportunity every year.
