O criador favorito de Michelle Obama afirma-se mais crescido e amadurecido. Por isso, desenhou uma coleção mais sóbria e composta. Os pontos fortes? Os casacos, sem dúvida. Sobre camisas brancas, bem abotadas e de golas rígidas, a rasar o queixo, transmitiam força e poder. Os ombros estruturados, as aplicações de pêlo e de brilhos, os trenchs de plástico "rendado", o preto intenso e o caramelo sedoso deslumbraram.

 Michelle Obama's favorite fashion creative tells he's all gown up and more mature. Thus, he designed a sober and more composed collection for next fall. The best? Coats, of course. Worn over white buttoned shirts with rigid collars up to the chin, they looked fierce and powerful. The structured shoulders, the furs and sparkles, the plastic lace trench coats, the intense black and the silky caramel were just dazzling!

- Mais coleções de pré-outono 13/14. Ainda nao consegui mostrar-vos todas a minhas favoritas e, portanto, vou falar sobre elas aos poucos ;)

- Vestidos de festa! Porquê agora? Porque a época dos prémios (de cinema e não só) já arrancou e a semana de Alta-Costura invade Paris a partir de 2ª-feira (podem aguardar por muitas imagens lindíssimas). Poderia haver melhores inspirações?
- Party dresses! Why now? Well, awards season has taken off at the Golden Globes and Haute Couture takes over Paris, once again, on Monday (yes, you can expect lots of reviews). Are there any better inspirations?

- E por falar em semanas de moda, não tarda e estão aí as propostas para o outono/inverno 13/14. Obviamente, vou trazer-vos umas quantas! E street style também!
- Speaking of fashion weeks, the designers' fall/winter 13/14 proposals are about to come out. And you can be sure I'll bring you a nice bunch! And I won't forget street style!

- Novidades invernosas à parte, a primavera "real" começa a invadir as prateleiras das lojas. Logo, podem contar com algumas dicas e sugestões de como trazer a passerelle para a rua e de como tirar partido das tendências para favorecer cada tipo de corpo (não sou super expert no assunto, mas vou dar o meu melhor!).
 - Wintery news aside, the "real" spring is blossoming in stores' racks. So, you can expect some tips and suggestions of how to bring the runway to the street and which trends look best on each body type (I'm not a pro, but I'll do my best!).

Ooops! Londres já não me está a morder os calcanhares, acabou de me atropelar! Bom, vou ter que fazer vista grossa à pontualidade britânica e acabar ("acabar" é como quem diz, porque na recta final a capital da moda americana parece ter explodido em colecções impossíveis de ignorar!) de passar revista a Nova Iorque. Preparem-se para novidades fresquinhas ;) Vou tentar não me alongar, a ver se rumo à terra das reais gabardinas o quanto antes!

Ooops! London is no longer bitting my heels, it just ran me over! Well, it seems I'll have to put the strict British ponctuality aside and finish ("finish" may not be the most accurate word to describe what's ahed... New York exploded in too many eye catching shows in my absense!) reviewing New York Fashion Week. Leves como brisas da beira-mar, as roupas mostraram-se como verdadeiros templos de adoração de praias paradisíacas, areias douradas e céus flamejantes que dão lugar a dias que nascem serenos.

"Olha que coisa mais linda, mais cheia de graça", was almost certainly the first thought of those who have seen in first hand the Girls from Ipanema walking down Osklen's runway. Light as breezes from the sea, the clothes were worshiping paradisiac beaches, golden sands and fiery skies that give place to new days born in serendipity.
