A versão mais pura e minimalista do dress code dos casamentos só não dispensa o branco. Não exactamente relacionada com aspectos tradicionais, a preferência pela mais consensual das cores que um vestido de noiva pode ter prende-se com a criação de um visual esteticamente puro e depurado. O corpo serve de suporte a peças que se constroem sobre ele, sem o alterarem necessariamente. Vestidos longos e densos dão ao contorno da silhueta proporções estatuescas, jumpsuits e peças de alfaiataria ganham uma leveza descontraída e irrepreensivelmente chique, as capas adensam o mistério e as transparências brotam como  pequenas fontes de eterna frescura. 

Não se pretende que os acessórios funcionem como grandes contrates. As linhas puras e clean são sempre preferíveis às rebuscadas. Cores suaves e pequenos apontamentos metálicos dão um toque mais feminino, sem interferirem com a essência límpida do visual.

The purest and most minimalistic version of a wedding's dress code can't live without white. The most consensual of bridal colours doesn't come here due to traditional reasons, but as the key to an aesthetically clean and pure look instead. The body supports the pieces built over it whitout major anatomical distortions. Long dresses give the silhouette the contours of a statue, jumpsuits and tailored pieces gain an effortless, beautifully chic, lightness, capes add a dash of mystery and transparencies pop like smalls fountains of eternal freshness.

The accessories shouldn't add contrasts. Pure and clean lines and preferable, and the same goes for colours: little saturation and small metallic details add a feminine touch without harming the clear essence of the outfit.

Sem recorrer ao minimalismo e à geometria, a ideia de pureza pode revelar-se em elementos da natureza. Brisas que acariciam, flores de delicadeza frágil, águas pausadas e aves melodiosas compõem o cenário idílico de bodas de inspiração boho. Este Maio que já vai longo coincide com aquela altura do ano em que toda a gente acaba por falar de casamentos pelos mais variados motivos: há quem procure O vestido, quem pondere renovar um tailleur que tenha no armário - do qual já nenhum parente ou parente ou se lembra, porque a crise não permite comprar aquele vestido tão esvoaçante que não será utilizado tão cedo - com uns belos pumps e uma clutch statement, quem sonhe com o dia em que terá que decidir o número de camadas do bolo ou até mesmo quem, muito simplesmente, se delicie a admirar a delicadeza complexa de tanto detalhe.

Eu, eterna apaixonada pela moda, que passou parte da infância a folhear figurinos de noivas, incluo-me no último grupo. Por essa razão, apeteceu-me imaginar meia dúzia de temas e reunir algumas inspirações para partilhar convosco durante os próximos dias. Não quero necessariamente sugerir "pronto-a-vestir", mas fazer-vos reparar nas cores, nos tecidos, na leveza das ideias e em vários outros pequenos detalhes que dão forma a um conceito. May is approaching its end by time everyone ends up talking about weddings. Some popular reasons are the quest to finding THE dress, the thoughts on restyling some old taylor hanging on the closet - which nobody remember already and because the economy is not quite in the mood for letting anyone splurge on something we're likely not wear any time  soon - with stunning pumps and a statement clutch bag, the dreams of the day they'll be deciding how many tears the cake will need, or simply for the delight of admiring the complex delicacy of so many details.

I, an eternal lover of fashion who spent a good part of her childhood going through douzens of bridal magazines, place myself in that last group. That way, in the next few days, I'll be sharing with you some inspirations I felt like gathering. My main purpose is not telling you objectively what to wear, as I rather want you to notice the colours, the shapes, the fabrics and all of the other small details needed to build a beautiful idea. (As always!) I just want you to dream!

Another side of royal weddings has to do with wardrobe conventions and formalities. A good example are the guests'  famous taylors. These, like all the other classics, give you a safe and elegant outfit. And if you still see them as boring and too "mother of the bride", you are wrong.
